In high-bounty PvP, raw damage is secondary. Everyone does damage. The real meta is Ken Haki (Instinct), Movement Speed, and Damage Reduction.

- Stats: +15% Blox Fruit & Sword Damage, +2 Extra Instinct Dodges, 10x Instinct Range.
- Why it’s S-Tier: The Vision is a cheat code. It allows you to see players from islands away, preventing surprise attacks. Furthermore, the 2 extra dodges are mandatory for surviving stun-lock combos from Dough or Ice users.

4. Swan Glasses (The “Perfect Balance”)
- Stats: +25% Run Speed, +8% Damage (All), +8% Cooldown Reduction, +8% Defense.
- Why it’s Reliable: It is the “Jack of all trades.” If you are a Hybrid build or unsure what to wear, this provides value in every stat category.
- How to Get: Defeat Don Swan (Second Sea, Mansion). Drop chance is extremely low (~2.5%).
🌾 The Grinding Meta (Damage & Sustain)
For grinding, you don’t need speed. You need Health, Energy, and raw Damage to finish quests faster.
1. Terror Jaw (The Cooldown King)
- Stats: +10% Sword Damage, +20% Skill Cooldown Reduction, +20% Defense against Sea Events.
- Why it’s S-Tier: The 20% Cooldown Reduction is huge. It lets you spam your Buddha or Magma moves faster, clearing mobs quicker.
- How to Get: Crafting at the Shark Hunter NPC (Terror Eyes required).
2. Holiday Cloak (Instinct Regen)
- Stats: +10% Melee/Fruit Damage, +1 Instinct Dodge.
- Why it’s A-Tier: It’s a solid damage booster for Buddha users (Melee stats).
- How to Get: Santa Claws (Christmas Event). If you missed it, you have to wait until December.
3. Black Spikey Coat (The Tank)
- Stats: +7.5% Damage, +200 Health, +200 Energy.
- Why it’s Good: It is the best accessory you can get easily in the Second Sea (from Jeremy). It’s the standard “leveling up” gear until you get something mythical.
